i want the name of a movie but i dont remember who stars in it?

ok, it was a scary movie kinda…it was about a family…the husband the wife and two daughters…well the dad promises the eldest daughter named nikkie that he wouldnt miss her Ballet show…and later he has a vision of something bad that was going to happen to his family….well he trys to make it to the show, but it was already over and the girls wher on the free way…well he speeds down the high way to them and starts to flash them down….and thats when the mother wrecks into a tree and the eldest daughter flys out and dies…after that he thinks a girl in a owl costume killed his daughter because he starts seeing all these children with the his daughters ghost…(please help its driving me crazy)

He ‘stumbles’ onto a blind woman (Redgrave) who has the gift of being a seer, as well her country home is occupied with the lost souls of children, including the man’s daughter, and he finds himself having to work through his feelings in this setting.
